Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received from baitulburqa.com, you have seven days to return it in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
Wrong Product/Shipping Damages:
Even with meticulous packaging, there are still situations where a product may be harmed. If so, kindly take the actions listed below. We must be notified of any shipping damage within 24 hours of the product's receipt.
When can I return/replace the product for free?
- Wrong product delivered
- Shipping damage - physical damage or tampered product
- Incomplete order with missing products
How do I initiate the return/replacement of the product:
Step 1: If you receive an incorrect product, submit a return/replacement request within 2 days of the delivery date. Include images and a video of the defective or incorrect product in your email to support@baitulburqa.com.
Step 2: Our support team will get back to you in 48 working hours with the next step.
Step 3: After verification, we will arrange a pickup for the damaged product.
Case 1: Request for refund: After products are received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund through Razorpay forPre Paid orders,which takes 5-7 business days.
For COD Orders, refund will be processed in the form ofStore Creditonly.
Case 2: Request for replacement of damaged product: We will issue a replacement for the product to be sent within 3 - 4 working days.
* This replacement is subject to stock availability of accessory or full product.
What if I changed my mind after getting the product?
At Baitul Burqa, we make sure the images and videos reflect the exact product we will be shipping. In case, you want to return after receiving and opening the product (prior to usage):
Case 1: Returning Unused Product
Step 1: Within 24 hours of receiving the product, send an email to support@baitulburqa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Provide crisp images or a video demonstrating the product's brand-new state.
Step 2: Our support team will get back to you in 48 working hours with the next steps.
Step 3: In case you want to exchange the product or return it, we request you to ship it back to our warehouse in the same condition as it was delivered (along with the packaging) , and share the tracking details with us.
Step 4: In the event of an exchange, we will send the item of your choosing as soon as we receive it in its unopened, original packaging. If a refund is necessary, we will start the process as soon as we get the product in our warehouse and check it.
Note:
Prepaid orders- Razorpay takes 3-5 business days for the amount to be credited to your source account.
COD Orders- refund will be processed in the form of Store Credit only.
We will not be responsible for scheduling a pick-up in case of returns.
In every case- either refund or replacement can be processed and not both.
Case 2: Returning Used Product
We do not accept returns or refunds against used products.
Cancellation/Modification of Order:
When can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled immediately upon placement and prior to shipment. The product cannot be canceled or changed once it leaves the warehouse and is in route.
If you need to cancel an order, please refuse the product when it is being delivered so that the seller can have it returned.
We respectfully remind our esteemed clients that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for customization. This procedure guarantees that we can begin meticulously and quickly creating your personalized products.
When Can I modify my order?
As soon as you place your order and before it ships, you can make changes to it. The product cannot be changed once it leaves the warehouse and is in route.
Orders that were placed with the incorrect address or colour selection are not our responsibility. Exchanges are only possible in the event that we provided the incorrect colour.
